Returns & Exchanges

At Little Revel, we want you and your little ones to love your purchase! We take pride in creating high-quality play kits designed for endless opportunities to play, learn, and grow. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all original pieces.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an unused item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

We carefully prepare every Little Revel order, but occasionally things happen!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing a piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, if applicable.

We'll work with you to make it right at no additional cost.

Replacement Pieces

We know little pieces can sometimes go missing during play!

If you've lost or misplaced a piece from your Little Revel play kit, individual replacement pieces may be available for purchase, subject to availability.

Simply contact us with the name of the piece you're looking for, and we'll be happy to help. Replacement pieces and associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
